There are many organizations which support the interests, growth, development, and paths of enlightenment for sign language interpreters in North America. We have included a few links (some have a brief description of what makes each organization special) for your edification and education.

NVRID is the Nevada Affiliate Chapter (AC) of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). NVRID is part of Region V RID ACs. 

 

RID is the organization in the United States of America which offers testing, certification maintenance programs, as well as offering information for interpreters, consumers, students and others interested in this enriching field.
